‘School’s Out, Nature’s IN: Spring Break’

The Woodcock Nature Center in Wilton has registration open for programming it is offering over Wilton Public Schools’ spring break, April 5 through April 8.

The programming is titled: “School’s Out Nature’s IN: Spring Break.”

Children will explore vernal pools, search for amphibians, stomp in the mud, and scoop in the swamp on the nature center’s 54 Deer Run Road property. Each day will include exploration, hands-on activities, animal presentations and crafts.

The programming is run entirely outdoors.

Students who are interested in registering for the progamming may do so for any, or all of the days it is available.

Students in kindergarten through the second grade are from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. each day, for $80 per day.

Students in the third grade through the fifth grade are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, also for $80 per day.
