Pies for all

Each year, students in the Wilton High School music program attend a spring adjudication conference where their performances are judged by trained musicians. It is an exciting event for band, orchestra and chorus students and their teachers.

To help defray costs of the 2014 trip, the Warrior Music Boosters are conducting their annual “Grandma Miller’s Pie Sale” fund-raiser. A variety of homemade pies, quick breads, lemon pound cake, chicken pot pie and other items are available for purchase.

Pick-up will be Saturday, Nov. 23, at Wilton High School. Orders are due by Monday, Oct. 28.

The music students (band, chorus and orchestra) and their boosters will also be selling greenery for the holidays — garland roping, wreaths, kissing balls and other items.

All orders and full payment are due Friday, Nov. 15. Pick-up will be Saturday, Dec. 7, at the high school.
