The Parisot family has extended their thanks to police detectives on their investigation that has led to an arrest in the homicide case, and gave thanks to those in the community who have lent support since the death of Nicholas Parisot four years ago at age 13.

“We’d like to thank the Wilton Police Department, especially the detectives, for their unwavering focus and commitment on bringing this case to an arrest,” wrote Kate Throckmorton, Nick’s mother, in an e-mail message sent to the Bullletin Friday afternoon.  “Their diligence and professionalism has been extraordinary and greatly appreciated.”

“At the same time we express deep gratitude to the ‘Stand up for Nick’ group and the community for all their support.”
