Hong Hong Gu, of Flushing, N.Y., was charged with prostitution, promoting prostitution, permitting prostitution and providing massage without a license.
A 43-year-old was also charged with providing massage without a license, an infraction.
Lt. Jared Zwickler said the Norwalk Police Department Special Services Division executed the search and seizure warrant.
“This was in relation to a lengthy investigation of prostitution activities utilizing undercover officers at this location,” Zwickler said.
