Maple time
Ambler Farm hosted a maple syrup open house on Saturday, March 14, where families got to experience the New England tradition of turning sap into syrup. Guests were given the opportunity to tap a tree, take the maple syrup taste test, learn about Native American, colonial and modern methods of making syrup and taste Ambler Farm’s very own maple syrup over vanilla ice cream. Ambler Farm will host another maple syrup open house on Saturday, March 21.
