How low will it go?

The reservoir off Old Huckleberry Hill Road is at 36% capacity, according to South Norwalk Electric and Water. That’s down from 41% reported a few weeks ago. The water agency is maintaining its drought watch, instituted Sept. 22. The agency, which serves Wilton homes in the Silvermine and Belden Hill areas, urges homeowners to cease all outdoor water usage such as watering lawns and gardens, and washing cars or walkways. The city of Norwalk has declared a water emergency. — Bryan Haeffele photo
