The Wilton Historical Society is seeking the community’s help in retiring its remaining mortgage on the Cannon Corner property.

The small, historic complex at the corner of Olmstead Hill Road and Route 7 includes a 19th-Century barn, blacksmith shop and garage that have been renovated and repurposed for an antiques shop, woodworking business, office suite and residential apartment.

To help the historical society “burn the mortgage” on Cannon Corner and preserve a piece of Wilton’s architectural heritage, click here.

All contributions will be recognized on a plaque, which will be placed in the foyer of the Betts House at the Wilton Historical Society’s museum complex at 224 Danbury Road.
