In lieu of gifts to each other, Wilton Library staff members made contributions to the Wilton Community Assistance Fund, formerly known as the Wilton Interfaith Council. According to Ms. Pierce, every dollar received is used towards emergency assistance for town residents including such resources as fuel and the food pantry.
