Members of the Wilton Newcomers will be at the Village Market on Monday, Dec. 3, and Saturday, Dec. 8, with the club's holiday fund-raiser — a glittery pinecone ornament designed by Wilton's glitter fairy, Laurie Davis. The ornaments cost $20. each

Proceeds from the sale will assist Wilton police Officer Frank Razzaia, who is undergoing stage 3 lymphoma treatments, and his family, which includes three young children. The money raised will help the Razzaia family offset medical costs as well as provide funds toward lymphoma research.

Officer Razzaia has said, "I would just like to let everyone know how grateful my family is for the support we have received from not only friends and family but the local community. It's amazing to see in a time of need Wilton is a town that sticks by its own and lends a hand where needed."

Ornaments may also be purchased by emailing Newcomers board member Jen McNamara at jemcnamara@optonline.net. For information on Ms. Davis's ornament collection, visit glitterworksstudio.com.
