Connecticut State Police / Contributed PhotoWILTON — Route 7 was closed in both directions for hours Thursday morning into the afternoon after a crash involving a tractor-trailer.
The road was closed at Seeley Road after a tractor-trailer collided with a pole in the area, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The collision was reported around 7:25 a.m. Initial dispatch reports indicated there were no serious injuries.
The roadway reopened to traffic shortly before 2 p.m.
