DANBURY — The Friends of the Danbury Library’s annual book sale kicks off this weekend.

The sale will open for early birds at 8 a.m. Saturday for $15. Admission is free for the rest of the sale, which will be held at the Danbury Police Activities League Building.

Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, as well as 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, when books are half-price.

On Monday, the sale runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., when a bag of books will cost $10. The sale is closed from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday. Books are free from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday.
