Woodcock Nature Center plans egg hunt

Woodcock Nature Center’s annual spring celebration will take place Saturday, March 23 from noon to 3.

Guests will take a hayride down the driveway and hunt for hard-boiled eggs along the nature center’s woodland trails. Then, eggs may be dyed in the pavilion, where families may also make seasonal crafts.

Children may also meet the resident animals.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required: $12 per child for members; $15 per child for non-members. Adults are free.

The nature center has a finite number of eggs and cannot accommodate walk-ins. Please call the center at 203-762-7280 to reserve a time slot.

The rain date is Sunday, March 24.
