The Wilton High School Football and Cheerleading teams will once again stuff a school bus with goods for the Wilton Interfaith Food Pantry. The teams’ annual food drive takes place Friday, Sept. 25, beginning at 5 p.m., in the lower parking lot at Cider Mill School , next to the entrance of Fujitani Field.
Donations of paper goods, detergent and personal items are welcome in addition to non-perishable food products. No canned tuna, salmon, canned vegetables or beans are needed at this time. Please check expiration dates.
Friday’s game against Staples is also Youth Night. All Wilton youth football players and cheerleaders are invited to come to the game. They should wear their uniform/jersey and take the field at half-time for a special presentation.
