Music on the Hill Christmas Concert, Friday, Dec. 11, 7:30 p.m., St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 48 New Canaan Road (Rte. #106). The Jubilate Ringers handbell choir and Festival Chorus perform carols old and new in this traditional concert.  Artistic Director Ellen Dickinson conducts. Holly Jolly Saturday at the Wilton Historical Society, Dec. 12, 11 to 2, museum complex at 224 Danbury Road. Activities include workshops in pomander making, gingerbread men cookie decorating, drop-in craft making, the Great Trains Holiday Exhibit, visit from Santa and more. Admission to the trains exhibit is free for all children and historical society members and $10 per adult non-member. Holiday crafts are $5 per person. Advent Concert, to be presented by the Our Lady of Fatima Church Choir on Sunday, Dec. 13, at the Villa Notre Dame Chapel, 345 Belden Hill Road, beginning at 3:30. The centerpiece of the hour-long concert will be the Christmas Cantata, A Noel Celebration, Sounds and Stories of Christmas, created by Lloyd Larson, Marty Parks and Jay Rouse. The choir will also offer arrangements of Celtic Christmas  Lullabye, Gaudete!, Dark Is the Silent Night and Festival Sanctus. The concert is free; all are welcome.

Walk in Cherry Lane Park on Sunday, Dec. 20, 1 p.m. start time at this park near the intersection of Cherry Lane and Banks Drive.
