Self-defense for teens and moms
Girls in high school and their mothers are invited to register for classes in self-defense techniques for women. Fifth-degree black belt Lisa Bohacs will teach the Mother Daughter Self-Defense class at Trackside on Monday evenings, Jan. 22 through Feb. 12, from 7 to 8 p.m.
In this class, students will learn how to escape dangerous situations and defend themselves from physical attacks.
