Lions serve up spaghetti
The Georgetown Lions Club will hold its first Halloween Pasta Dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 30, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Gilbert & Bennett Cultural Center, 49 New Street, Wilton.
Tickets are $13 for adults, $10 for senior citizens and $7 for children under 10. Eat in or take out option is available. The menu will include spaghetti and meatballs, salad and bread.
Money raised will allow the Lions to meet pressing needs in the Redding, Wilton and Weston communities.
The Georgetown Lions Club meets on the second Wednesday of the month at Lombardi’s in West Redding and the fourth Wednesday of the month at the Gilbert & Bennett Cultural Center. Lions clubs are groups of men and women who identify needs within the community and work together to fulfill those needs.
