The Wilton League of Women Voters will kick off its fall season on Friday, Sept. 20, with a lunch program from 11:15 to 1:30 at Wilton Library’s Rimer Room. The league will welcome guest speaker Alicia Kinsman, an attorney from the International Institute of Connecticut, a statewide organization that aids victims of human trafficking.

Ms Kinsman, director of Victim and Trafficking Services, has been with the International Institute  since 2010. Last year she traveled to Washington D.C. to accept the 2012 FBI Community Leadership Award for her outstanding work with survivors of human trafficking in Connecticut. Her presentation will describe the organization’s work in that area.

The meeting is open to the community with advance reservations required by Sept. 16. The cost is $15. Information: call Kim Nabulsi at 203-762-8496 or email knabulsi@gmail.com.
