Breakfast eaters, it’s that time of year again!

Kiwanis is having its annual pancake breakfast on Monday, May 29, right before the Memorial Day parade. This wonderful event takes place at the Wilton Congregational Church at 70 Ridgefield Road, so come on down. Have a great breakfast with family and friends, then wander outside and watch the parade as it passes.

The breakfast runs from 8 to 10:30. In addition to pancakes with butter and syrup, there are sausages, juice, and endless cups of coffee. Kiwanis Club members mix the batter, flip the pancakes — a real art — keep the sausages and coffee coming, and bus the tables.

The cost is $10 for those over 13, $5 for children 6 to 12. Breakfast is free for those 5 and under. It has gotten to be an annual tradition in town, so come on over, bring the family and friends, and enjoy the morning.
