Wave Hill named 'Best Bread'

For the second year in a row, Wave Hill Breads was named the “Best Bread” in the state by Connecticut magazine.

Wave Hill, which is owned by Wiltonians Margaret Sapir and her husband, Mitch Rapoport, is based in Norwalk and is regularly regarded as one of the region’s top bread makers.

The pair’s mission, according to Wave Hill’s website, is to make sure their customers continue saying their’s is “the best bread I have ever had.”

“We want to help people, young and older, learn how good bread is made,” their website says.
