Spring Restaurant Week starts March 7

The Wilton Chamber of Commerce’s annual Spring Restaurant Week will kick off March 7.

From then until March 13, participating dining establishments in Wilton and Georgetown will be offering special culinary selections, prix-fixe menus and promotional one-week-only pricing.

Participating restaurants and eateries include:

  • Marly’s Bar & Bistro

  • Bianco Rosso WIne Bar and Restaurant

  • Portofino

  • Cactus Rose Restaurant & Tequila Bar

  • Toozy Patza Pizza

  • Wilton Pizza

  • Lombardi’s Trattoria

  • Little Pub

  • Reiki Sushi & Asian Bistro

“We’ve been doing Restaurant Week since it began,” said Mario Lopez, manager of Bianco Rosso. “It’s good for business, so we can bring in more people from outside of Wilton.”

Maria Pertesis, the owner of Cactus Rose, said her restaurant’s also been participating in Restaurant Week for as long as the event’s been around.

“It gives people who may not have tried our restaurant an incentive to come try it. It’s a good value,” Pertesis said.

“We’re making every effort to promote our members,” said Chamber Executive Director Debra Hanson. The Wilton Chamber of Commerce sponsors and coordinates Spring Restaurant Week.

“This is a simple effort on the part of the Chamber to help to promote great restaurants in Wilton and Georgetown.”
