Last month, Raus Coffee Company of Stamford’s signature beverage, Cold Roman espresso, was relaunched at Village Market in Wilton, among other outlets, with new packaging.
According to a press release, Cold Roman espresso is the first bottled ready-to-serve espresso on the market.
It was awarded Best Non Alcoholic Beverage in the state by the Connecticut Specialty Food Association (CSFA) three years in a row.
“It completely changes how people will make and consume their coffee at home,” said Donny Raus, founder of Raus Coffee Company.
The CSFA is part of the Connecticut Food Association (CFA), and is an organization of small to large Connecticut-based entrepreneurs who deal in specialty foods.
