New mansion trustee

The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum in Norwalk announced last week Wiltonian Hunter Arton has joined its Board of Trustees.

Ms. Arton currently serves Norwalk as community outreach administrator for the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency.

Prior to moving to Connecticut, Ms. Arton was the assistant director for student-athlete academic counseling at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C., where for nine years she served as the academic counselor for the football and women’s golf teams.

Ms. Arton earned her master of arts in community counseling and bachelor of arts in sociology and health and exercise science from Wake Forest University.
