Attorney and Wilton resident Carlton Chen was recognized Oct. 21 with the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award by the Connecticut Law Tribune at the New Haven Lawn Club.
Chen is a business lawyer at the firm of Matthew Dallas Gordon in West Hartford.
Nominated by the legal community in consultation with leaders of the Connecticut bar, Chen was one of 21 Connecticut attorneys with more than 30 years of experience honored for professional excellence.
Consideration was given to those who have made substantial contributions during their legal careers and to the exceptional practice of law in general.
Chen earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Columbia University.
