Not a watermark year for local real estate

The year 2017 closed out with 229 single-family homes sold in Wilton, up from 224 units the previous year, but down from a recent high of 259 units in 2013.

Budget season to begin

Budget season is underway with the education board expected to release its budget request figures and selectmen to begin hearing municipal departmental requests.

Year closes clean for restaurants

The year 2017 closed out cleanly for Wilton’s restaurants, with only one establishment failing the Wilton Health Department’s fourth-quarter inspection.
