On March 21 at noon, St. Matthew’s Church will host a luncheon for Wilton senior citizens. Following the lunch, Rebecca Nisco, a sophomore in Wilton High School, will perform. Rebecca is a gifted pianist and composer who possesses a natural expressive sense of poetry in her playing. A student of the Silvermine School of Music for the last three years, studying a classical repertoire, as well as a veteran of the Young Musicians Festival at Fairfield University, Rebecca has given recitals around the Wilton community which have often included her own compositions.
Rebecca will play one of her own compositions Finding My Path, to be followed by a Brahms waltz, On My Own, Endless Love, Candle on the Water and music from Cinema Paradiso.
