The Planning and Zoning Commission’s public hearing on Wilton Heights, LLC’s special permit application to build retail stores and shops with above-street-level residential apartments at 300 Danbury Road continues Monday, Jan. 14.
The hearing was extended so that applicant could address changes requested by the Inland Wetlands Commission, according to Wilton Heights, LLC’s attorney, J. Casey Healy. One of the changes made, according to Healy, is to have one of the buildings be “located further away from wetlands” on the property.
Wilton Heights, LLC’s revised plans were reviewed and unanimously approved by the Inland Wetlands Commission during its Dec. 13 meeting.
The Planning and Zoning Commission’s Jan. 14 meeting will take place at 7:15 p.m. in Room A of the town hall annex. Before then, the commission will hold a special Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) meeting beginning at 6:30.
