The next cleanup along the Wilton Loop of the Norwalk River Valley Trail will be Sunday, June 17, from 9:30 to 11. This is a major effort to push back the vegetation encroaching on the trail.
Two teams are being organized. One will start at Route 7 across from the commuter lot and work north. The other team will start at the Autumn Ridge parking lot and work south.
Volunteers are needed in each location. RSVP to the trail’s executive director Charlie Taney at [email protected].
