Wilton police log — disorderly conduct, DUI

Disorderly conduct

A 34-year-old Wilton woman was charged with disorderly conduct June 28 at 11:15 a.m. on an arrest warrant related to an earlier reported domestic incident.

Carolyn Cassetta, whose address was not given to protect the victim, was released on a promise to appear in court June 29.

Vehicle burglary

A Wilton resident on June 29 reported that her vehicle was entered by unknown individuals while parked in front of her home at Avalon Bay, 116 Danbury Road, between 6:30 p.m. June 28 and 8 a.m. June 29.

The resident reported her wallet stolen from the vehicle.

The case is under investigation.

DUI

A 45-year-old Ridgefield man was charged with driving under the influence July 2 at 11 a.m. on Route 33 at Nod Hill Road.

Police said Johnny Urbanek, of 18 Hayes Lane, Ridgefield, was stopped at Route 33 for erratic driving and the officer detected the odor of alcohol. Urbanek did not perform field sobriety tests to standard and was processed.

He was released on a promise to appear in court June 13.

Police responded to one domestic call and made one domestic-related arrest on a warrant during the week of June 27 to July 4.
