At 6:44 p.m. on Dec. 26, police responded to a two-car accident on Westport Road, in which John Skehan, 51, of 56 Field Street in Norwalk, suffered fatal injuries.
Mr. Skehan had driven onto Westport Road from a driveway, failing to yield to traffic, and crashed into an oncoming vehicle operated by Matthew Fleisher, 19, of Rivergate Drive in Wilton, according to the report.
Mr. Skehan was taken to Norwalk Hospital and was pronounced dead at 9:29 p.m. on Dec. 30.
The accident is currently under investigation by Wilton Police’s accident team.
